Return Window: 14 Days from Delivery

• Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving them.
• Must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Free Exchanges & Store Credit (Preferred!)

• We offer free return shipping if you choose an exchange or store credit.
• Exchanges are processed immediately upon return initiation—no waiting for the original item to be received.

Refunds to Original Payment Method

• If a refund is requested instead of an exchange or store credit, a $15 return shipping fee applies.

Final Sale & Made-to-Order Items

• Final sale and discounted items are non-refundable.
• Made-to-order or limited-edition products may have longer fulfillment times and are not eligible for returns unless defective.

International Orders & Returns

• International orders follow the same return criteria as domestic orders.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, as Clara Barcelo does not provide return labels for international shipments.
• Freight, taxes, customs, and tariffs are non-refundable.
• Any applicable duties and customs fees must be paid directly to your local government upon delivery. If these fees are refused, the order will be returned and treated as a return with associated costs deducted from the refund.

Shipping Policy

• Processing Time: 5-7 Business Days
• Orders are carefully prepared and inspected before shipping.
• Some items may take longer if part of a made-to-order or limited-edition release (see below).

Standard Shipping (U.S.)

• Complimentary on orders over $250 (5-10 business days after processing).
• Flat-rate shipping: $12 for orders under $250.

International Shipping

• We currently ship to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and select European and international destinations.
• Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International or UPS Worldwide Economy Delivery Duties Paid, depending on the destination.
• Taxes, customs, and duties are either calculated at checkout or billed by your local authority upon delivery.

• Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
• We proudly ship to military addresses. Shipments are charged a flat rate of $10.00 and will be sent via economy shipping with a delivery window of one to four weeks.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees on military orders.
• Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories
• Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, and Palau will be charged a flat rate of $15.00 and shipped via economy shipping with an estimated delivery window of one to four weeks.
