How do I place an order?

It’s easy! You can order directly from our online store at www.clarabarcelo.us. Browse our collection and find unique shoes designed with passion and crafted with care. Limited editions, made for you.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and select international locations.

For international orders, we ship to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and several European countries. If your country is not listed, please contact us at support@clarabarcelo.us to inquire about shipping options.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary based on order total, shipping location, and delivery method.

For orders within the United States:

  • Orders over $200: Complimentary shipping.
  • Orders under $200: Flat-rate shipping of $12.

For international orders:

  • Canada: $30 for the first item, $15 per additional item.
  • Australia & New Zealand: $50 for the first item, $15-$25 per additional item.
  • Europe: $50 for the first item, $15 per additional item.

How long does shipping take?

Processing time is 5-7 business days, as each order is carefully inspected before shipping.

Estimated delivery times:

  • U.S. orders: 5-10 business days after processing.
  • Canada, Australia, & New Zealand: 5-20 business days depending on location.
  • Europe: 5-10 business days for most countries, 1-4 weeks for others.

For made-to-order or limited-edition styles, additional processing time may be required.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

We use the Shopify shipping module, which allows for real-time tracking updates.

How do I know my shoe size?

Our shoes are sized in EU. US sizes are provided as a general reference only and do not follow a single universal standard. Some EU sizes sit between US sizes. In these cases, fit preference matters. Choosing the smaller size will give a more secure, streamlined fit, while the larger size will feel more relaxed.

Please note: some styles may display a US size inside the shoe based on manufacturing standards. The EU size on the box reflects the size selected at checkout.

What does ‘fits true to size’ mean?

Fits true to size’ means the fit aligns with standard expectations for that EU size, based on foot length and construction.

What if my shoes don’t fit?

We want you to love your Clara Barcelo shoes! If they don’t fit as expected, we offer easy exchanges and returns. We offer FREE exchanges for a different size or store credit. Returns for a refund incur a $25 return shipping fee. Shoes must be unworn, in original condition, and returned within 14 days. Start a return or exchange

What is your return policy?

We encourage thoughtful purchases, but if something isn’t right, we offer a hassle-free return process:

  • Return window: All purchases are final sale by default. We accept returns only for manufacturing defects or sizing issues reported within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Items marked final sale, discounted, or made-to-order are not eligible for return or refund, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
  • Refunds to the original payment method incur a $25 return shipping fee.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Starting a return or exchange is simple:

  1. Visit our Returns & Exchanges page here.
  2. Enter your order details and request a return or exchange.
  3. Print the provided return label and send the shoes back.
  4. Once we receive your return, we will process your exchange, store credit, or refund.

Exchanges are processed immediately once the return is initiated—no waiting for us to receive your shoes first!

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Items must be unworn, in original condition and packaging. A $25 return shipping fee applies to all returns.

For international returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including duties and customs fees.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Do you offer buy now, pay later?

No, we do not offer buy now, pay later services at this time.
